Our approach is based on in-depth knowledge of the building and its installations. Thanks to close cooperation with our Contract Managers, who are active in the field, we can intervene quickly and effectively. We always look at the entire system, not just the individual components.
Smart techniques, minimal disruption
When an installation reaches the end of its life cycle, the project team conducts a site analysis. Based on this, we draw up a sketch in AutoCAD, determine whether renovation is sufficient or complete replacement is appropriate, and prepare a transparent quotation with insight into costs, savings and timing.
Our experts use specialised software such as EPLAN to draw up the electrical plans and Caneco to calculate the desired pipe diameters. We also use Hysopt, a tool that predicts the performance of the installation over a period of 10 or 20 years. This allows us to compare different configurations in terms of energy consumption and total cost of ownership.
During implementation, we keep disruption to a minimum. If necessary, we provide temporary installations for electricity, gas or compressed air so that your activities can continue uninterrupted.

We continue to provide support even after completion. Thanks to our Smart Building solutions (such as Priva and Cylon), customers can easily manage and adjust their installations. These systems are programmed internally, allowing adjustments to be made quickly and efficiently.
