Diversity Label from the Brussels-Capital Region (Actiris)
VINCI Facilities has received the Actiris Diversity Label for the second time after a thorough screening. This label confirms our commitment to actively promoting diversity and inclusion.
To obtain the label, we implemented several actions:
- Adaptation of recruitment materials: brochures were made gender-neutral.
- New recruitment channels: together with Actiris, we explored alternatives to reach a broader audience.
- Training: HR staff and managers attended specific diversity training sessions.
- Projects for job seekers: we engaged in initiatives to help job seekers, with a focus on gender diversity.
Diversity goes beyond the male-female narrative. Refugees are also given opportunities, which adds value given the current labor market shortage. In collaboration with Volta and Brussels schools, we set up training programs, including actions to attract women to technical roles. We also offer internships within the dual-learning system, allowing young people or adults to combine school with practical experience. After their internship, they receive a contract with us and start their career.
